What we collect

We may collect contact details, property address, project description, budget range, preferred timing, communications, device and referral information, portal/account records and documents you choose to provide.

Why we use it

We use data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, administer client and vendor relationships, keep business records, protect the website and improve service performance. The lawful basis depends on the activity and may include steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent.

Perfex CRM and service providers

Website enquiries may be transferred server-side to the business-scoped Nationwide Planning Permission area in the group’s Perfex CRM. Hosting, communications, payment, document, analytics and specialist providers may process data under appropriate arrangements. We do not put the Perfex API token in browser code.

Retention and rights

Records are kept only as long as reasonably required for enquiry management, service delivery, legal, tax, insurance and security purposes. Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security and international processing

We apply proportionate access controls and use secure authenticated portals for account information. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate transfer safeguards should be confirmed in the final operational privacy schedule.
